Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Real Estate Sales Officer to market and sell residential properties, commercial properties, serviced land, and real estate investment opportunities to high-net-worth, mass affluent, and upper affluent clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, property presentations, site inspections, sales conversion, transaction follow-up, and after-sales engagement. The role requires strong knowledge of real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with affluent clients.

Job Details

  • Prospect and convert HNI, upper affluent, and mass affluent clients.  
  • Sell properties, land, estates, and real estate investment products.  
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site inspections. 
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline. 
  • Provide clients with relevant property and market information. 
  • Coordinate documentation, payments, allocation, and handover processes. 
  • Maintain strong relationships for repeat business and referrals. 
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports. 
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 
  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, wealth management, private banking, investment sales, luxury sales, or relationship management. 
  • Experience selling to HNI, upper affluent, mass affluent, or corporate clients is strongly preferred. 
  • Good knowledge of property sales, land acquisition, title documentation, and real estate investment principles.
