Job Summary
The Product Manager identifies customers’ needs and business objectives that the Microfinance Bank’s digital banking products or features will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for the products, and rallies a team to turn the vision into a reality.
Job Details
Defining product strategy, vision, and roadmap in line with the overall company strategy and align stakeholders around the product vision. • Engaging closely with users, understanding, and representing their needs in the product strategy on an ongoing basis. • Understanding the target market and gathering qualitative and quantitative insights about the market, emerging trends, opportunities, and positioning the product for competitive advantage. • Driving product adoption, active customers, transaction volume and profitability. • Facilitating and fostering valuable partnerships to optimize existing offerings or unlock new opportunities to drive growth and transform customer experience. • Managing and prioritizing product backlogs to facilitate the flow of work, align with current customer needs and delivers tangible business value in the short iterations. • Work in collaboration with cross functional team across the ARM group and partners to identify opportunities for improving consumer experience, innovation and revenue growth. • Being up to date on fraud and cybersecurity threats facing the business and collaborating with the risk management, internal control and information security teams to build in security and control features into the product. • Being up to date on the CBN regulations for Microfinance bank and ensuring the product facilitates compliance
