Job Summary

The Investor Relations Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with current and potential investors. This individual will assist in developing and executing the investor relations strategy, ensuring effective communication of the fund's performance, strategy, and market positioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainable development in Africa.

Job Details

Duties and Responsibilities
▪ Assist in developing and implementing the investor relations strategy and
communications plan.
▪ Prepare and update investor presentations, quarterly reports, and other communication materials.
▪ Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
▪ Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor feedback to inform strategic decisions.
▪ Maintain an up-to-date investor database and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
▪ Support the fundraising process by preparing marketing materials and participating in roadshows.
▪ Assist in organizing and executing investor events, such as annual general meetings and investor forums.
▪ Contribute to the development of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting and communication.
▪ Develop, execute, and maintain a social media plan and presence for the company to attract potential Investors.
▪ Responsible for website and LP portal updates as required.

Requirements

Qualifications
▪ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
▪ A master’s degree or CFA is a plus.
▪ Passion for sustainable development and a commitment to ARM-Harith's
core values.

Experience
▪ 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, preferably in a private equity or asset management firm.
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
▪ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
▪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
▪ Strong understanding of financial statements and investment concepts.
